Angry Blue screen when changing RAM timings

When i change the RAM timings in my BIOS, even just one value, i get a blue screen when i try and boot windows. How do i fix this? I can change the voltage and Mhz fine, but whenever i touch the timings i always get a blue screen. I dont know if it could have been the problem, but i tried changing the "CMD" setting between 1T and 2T, to no avail. What is going on??
Thanks in advance
