Why do I keep getting logged out?

If you wish to remain logged in to D-A-L at all times then you will need to select the "Remember Me?" option when you log in. If you have selected this and you still get logged out then you could try the following.

PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL DELETE ALL COOKIES, FORM DATA AND INTERNET HISTORY

For Internet Explorer:
Click Tools > Options
Click Delete
Click Delete All

I'm not remembered.
Since DAL got its new look I've noticed that I have to log on every time I visit. The 'Remember me' feature seems to have been disabled.
Is this something that is affecting others?

Yes. I am being forgotten as well. Many people are but not all.

Seems some are more memorable than others.

DAL - regarding your suggested solution: I have been selecting Remember Me since I noticed that I was getting logged out every time I left.
Before I try those steps I should probably mention that I use Firefox. Is that part of the problem?

EDIT - I am also quite short, with buck teeth, and I have large tufts of hair sprouting from my nostrils. Are these part of the problem too?
