dvd burn errors

When ever I try and burn I get reset errors. I copied the last error and have attached the system info, any help would be appreciated.

so your using nero to burn it? have you got lastest software and drivers etc, does it just do it with nero or all programs? what were you trying to burn?

I've got the same problem with disk at once error.
i use nero 6.6.0.1
i've got a lite-on 411s dvdrw
win xp home sp2
and if i use nero to burn dvd videos i get a disk at once error
the dvd will still play but i can't copy it cus the dvd is not closed

SOLVED:ç

I had the same problem and I did 3 things, one of them solved, sorry I don't know wich of them.

1.- Uninstall the vso patin couffin driver.
2.- Defrag the temp driver of NERO.
3.- Downloaded Sun Java runtime.

I believe that it was a mix between 1 and 2.
