Uninstalling MSN gamezone

[FONT=Arial]

I had problems with updated drivers for the radeon 9200 series card. After trying many things to correct the problem (for game play) without success, I eventually opted to do a 'non destructive' recovery to factory settings. In theory, this keeps all of your files and settings but re-configures all hardware etc to the original state. This worked a treat initially (apart from losing some important files for which my darling wife went ballistic!!!). I now find that when I try to get into the gamezone it crashes at the last screen before starting backgammon, for example. I have tried uninstalling but get the message 'make sure disk not full or write protected and that file is not currently in use.' I have been into task manager and shut down all things msn (messenger etc) but I still can't uninstall or re-install the damned thing. Can anyone advise me please?
