Angry Net Md Troubles

I'm in real need of some help. I have a piece of software called SonicStage which isn't letting me transfer downloaded music to my net md. I bought about 10 tracks off Tesco's website and paid for them so the tracks are legal.
The problem seems to be when I go to check them out to the md that it comes up with a message telling me would i like to open my browser to purchase a licence. Any ideas?

If it dont fit...force it. If ya cant force it...get a bigger hammer. If it breaks...it probably needed replacing anyway.

Unhappy Re: Net Md Troubles

Have upgraded to SonicStage 2.0. The software seems quite happy to let me copy music from a cd to md, but not downloaded music. It just keeps coming up with message "unable to convert copyright protected content". But surely if I've downloaded it legally from Tesco's like I did it should in theory let me check it out the the net md? Anymore ideas?

Re: Net Md Troubles

i think your problem is with tesco it seems that they are downloading ok but you being a third party are being restricted which is wrong as you have paid for the download

have you tried tesco support at all?
if you have what did they say?
if you have not looked at the help page find it here
on the help page there is a piece of free music see if you can download it and then install it on your md

if you can then the problem is tescos end not yours?

please let me know how you get on

hope this helps
