Re: Lost password for Norton Internet Security

I am running Norton IS Pro 2002. I tried the steps you suggested; after selecting "change" my only options are "Remove NAV" or "Remove NIS".

Any other suggestions?

Re: Lost password for Norton Internet Security

This is the only password response I get for '02 IS Pro:

Norton Personal Firewall or Norton Internet Security 2001 or 2002 unexpectedly prompts for a supervisor password

That from this:

Norton Internet Security 2002 Professional Edition

Perhaps you will have to uninstall & reinstall.
