I have this problem keep getting this message.
"The SHELL32.DLL file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL: SHRegGetUSValueA." I tried to fix it but I do not appear to have a Shlwapi.dll file to rename
1. In Windows Explorer, open the Program Files/PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 3.0 folder.
2. Select the Shlwapi.dll file, choose File > Rename, and then rename the file (for example, name it Shlwapi.old).
3. Select the Urlmon.dll file, choose File > Rename, and then rename the file (for example, name it Urlmon.old.)

Bird, I'm totally baffled. Did you answer your own question in September last year and now you're thanking yourself for your own question/solution combination 11 months later?
