Pinnacle Studio run time error

I can't access the "Make Movie" portion of Studio v9. I there anyone knows where to get a solution for this problem, please let me know! Here is the complete error message below:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Studio 9\programs\studio.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
Pinnacle Studio – Trial 1: studio.exe – Application Error

The instruction at “0x7c168f1d” referenced memory at “0x0000001c”. The memory could not be “read”.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Sorry if i'm stating the obvious but have you tried completely removing the software and then re-installing it?

The 01c error points possibly to RAM & or memory usage.

Any new hardware? RAM? what is your Operating System? Are you aware of your virtual memory & or page file settings?

Any other problems with this computer?
