Bluesoleil

I use bluesoleil ivt software for my bluetooth dongle, and i want my mobile to autoconnect with my PC when i activate the bluetooth in my mobile (k700i) without choosing in the bluesoleil program to scan for new devices! How can i do this? Thanks!
