Although I am not following the logic of purchasing a computer based on a flash utility the AMIFlash Utility apparently works with many, but certainly not all, motherboards.
The motherboard manufacturer or the computer manufacturer would be the best source for the flash utility that is recommended for its' own particular BIOS.
