PSU Watts?

Hi, I am about to upgrade my PC with a X700 Video card and am not sure if the PSU is up to it.
I have seen a downloadable program to calculate the total watts needed, but I cant find it now.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Happy New Year,
leo42

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. As I thought, its time to spend some cash on a PSU. 400W?
