Removing web addy etc from printing

Hi there
Can anybody tell me how I go about removing the garbage ie web address and date etc that is printed at the top and bottom of a page when i print out a page from a website ... I used to know how to do this but cant fathem it our now Must be my preganacy brian in action lol. i think i had to delete some thing like &... from somewhere

copy the data you want to print, copy and paste it into a word document and delete all the data you do not want there. Then save it (highly recommended because you might mess up like me) and print.
