Every time i plug in my MP3 player a different screen comes up, on some computers two folders appear saying data and media and other times it just shows whats stored on the mp3 player. If the file with the two folders (Data and media) come up i put my images etc into the data folder and when the screen changes on another computer, when i want to transfer the files etc i can still view them, but if the one file comes up, i put my data onto it and plug it into a different computer and the two folders come up the mp3 player is totally blank. How can i retrieve the data off the MP3 player without deleting it.
