HELP!!! Sonicstage had gone skizt!!

Hey guys, Ive recently had to format my laptop and totally start again due to sound car problem.

Before i formatted my computer Sonicstage CP (vers 4) used to work fine, no problems whatsoever, transferd music fine to my sony MP3 player. Suddenly, its decided tht its not going to work so i reinstalled it and now it wont even add files to the music library.

After this, i removed Sonicstage 4 and installed the program i got wiht my mp3, Connect Player vers 1 - that opened and add music but it would not transfer music as the mp3 "couldn't be found".

Ive reinstalled Sonicstage again but now it locks up when i open it, it just locks up "not responding" and then i end it, then i get a windows error saying "omgjbox.exe has eno****erd an error and needs to be closed" etc etc.

Any ideas guys? Its jsut tht this is really me off!!

i managed to sort it out myself. before trying to install sonic stage turn off any anti-virus/anti-spyware/firewall. run the install wizard. restart computer and hope for the best.
good luck
