MASSrv.exe is eating up memory. ok to terminate?

MASSrv.exe was part of McAfee's Anti-Spyware thing. The process is listed under SYSTEM. since this thing eats up so much memory, I get suttering in some games, even though I have 2 gigs of ram. Before I actually terminate it, I'd just like to see if its okay since it is running under SYSTEM.
