Alright so, I have a weird question.
Once again, for the record, I would like to state that I have a dial-up connection, so any solutions involving using a high-speed connection is not possible for me. I suck, I know. But it's the only internet available right now.
So, I was talking to my friend on AIM about how awesome it would be to watch TV on your computer. I am not talking about any kind of cable connection or satellite reception. I am talking about basic air channels. Like when you turn on a TV with nothing hooked up but some electricity. You can see the few basic local network broadcasts. Is there some kind of program that receives local network broadcasts or something to that nature where you can hook up a UHF antenna to your computer somehow and it will receive local programming?
