Having Trouble with KODAK easyshare

Hi there..Im having a bit of difficulty loading Kodak easyshare software..It is saying everytime i logg on XML error on lin(2081) : invalid XML tag<cursor> The number in the brackets change as there is a list of them.. When i close that box another box appears saying XML error on line : invalid XML tag<AutoTestRootWin>

would this be something i would have to take up with Kodak?? I do have the software and i have tried a gizzillion times to uninstall and re install cheers in advance for the help?

I have gone through all the above but I never go an error code... it finally loaded from the free site... with many hours (3) of Kodak help costumer service...but when I go to the program and it opens up ...within a minute or two it shuts down..I get the MS "would you like to send this error to MS"
All I want to do is take picture and enjoy them...I am cursed...and I am no computer wiz...for sure...why does something that seems so simple turn to heck...I should probable be restricted from computers so is it memory. malware. virus, drivers outdated...or me?????????
