Help with Roxio Creator 9

Hi All - I please need help in burning a slideshow onto a CD - it continues to say "enter valid media" when I put the blank CD in - What does that mean? I have tried a lot of things - must laugh when it is called Easy Creator - that it is not - Thanks

Have you burned CD's on this drive before?

No. The same CD's should work.

Can you burn the pictures without the slide show option?

I am not familiar with this particular software but XP has a built in burner that also uses Roxio I believe. In the XP version if you burn your pictures the replay option will have a slide show option.

No it will not burn any picture - Thanks I will try it on the XP burner and see what happens

Most third party burners turn off the XP function.

If you find this is the case we can look up the fix to restart XP's burner.

I have it here somewhere.

Right click your CD drive under My Computer then click Properties

Click the Recording tab then check Enable CD recording on this drive.
