Microsoft PowerToys

I just installed some of Microsoft's PowerToys (available from www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx), but I can't figure out how to run them, and how to uninstall them. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re: Microsoft PowerToys

They install into "All Programs".

TweakUI for example is listed under TweakUI etc.

They are listed under "Add or Remove Programs" as well.

Re: Microsoft PowerToys

The only thing I get is an internet shortcut to "Readme". I manually checked for a folder in Program Files, either TweakUI, Microsoft PowerToys, PowerToys itself, but to no avail... I installed it into the default directory of Windows>System32.

Re: Microsoft PowerToys

Make sure you only download from this site:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx

I would try to uninstall the "Read Me"'s etc.

Perhaps also try installing under a different user such as the built in administrator.
