when i want 2 download bit defence anti virus or another softwares with installing with window installer it will got error and it error

and i cant do anything 2 intalll cleaner cause my window installer wont work.

Do you not have SP2?

If not try installing from Windows Update.

my window update is not working its say application not found and i think my window installer soem file is missing maybe

If you can't get it through Windows Update, use this link to get the "full package" version of Service Pack 2: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

It's a big download (266MB) but it installs LOADS of new files and, therefore, it can fix lots of problems as it has newer versions of many Windows components.

i already install the WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe

and when i install again it say the error thing again but i see my window sinatller3.1 but i duno why it not working
