Itunes problem
Hey, this is my first time on these forums, so move appropriately if this is in the wrong place.
Right, so i just bought an Ipod and get to the set-up stage of downloading Itunes when i got this pop-up:
'The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This could occur if Windows is running in safe mode or if Windows Installer was not installed correctly'
So, i am pretty sure i am not 'running in safe mode' (anywhere i can check if i am?)
Also, if my installer isn't installed correctly, what can i do? Is there any link where i can upgrade my installer or repair it or something?
Or is this another problem?

Oh and while i'm here, my Acer Aspire won't play DVD's or CD's that have DVD content. I get this message:
'Windows Media Player could not play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder was not detected'
Any ideas?
