Virtual PC 2007

I have installed Virtual PC 2007 within Vista Ultimate, and set up an XP Home system with 512mb, and a 10Gb virtual HDD.

It's also setup with access to the internet, etc. The queston is, do I have to install an anti-virus program, or will the host operating system which has Kaspersky take care of any internet nasties.

If that virtual machine has internet connection, it must have its own security (firewall + AV).
