Nero Problem ,can You Help Please

Hi

I Have Used Nero For Burning My Video Files For 3years Now And As Worked Fine ,untill 3 Days Ago When I Add My Video Files Nero For Some Reason Comes Up With Message Saying ( Unable To Add Documents And Settings, This Happons To All The Video Formats,
Nero Will Burn My Music Files Ok From Documents And Settings,
I Have Look In All The Pc Settings And Cant Fine Anything Thats Stands Out To Me As To Why Its Not Working, I Have Uninstalled And Reinstalled Nero 6 But Still No Good,
Can You Please Help If You Can,
