Outlook Express contacts/groups

Hi,
I had to change user login on my laptop. (winXP).

When I log in with the new user, all my outlook express contacts and groups are gone. I can not find them.

Is there a way to see them all in the new user than I did in the old one?

Mainly does outlook express save the contact info and group info somewhere?
How do I transfer them to the new log in?
