Locked Up Flash Drive

Sorry, I'm not sure if I posted this in the correct section. Anywho... My friend has a 2GB Geek Squad Flash Drive. He has a password on this flash drive and apparently he forgot it. Is there anyway he can recover the files that were located in it. Help me solve this problem from me friend.

Re: Locked Up Flash Drive

These have the U3 software & I know from having one of these that if you forget the password on a cruzer micro with the U3 software then the only thing that can be done is to reformat the drive which will erase everything. This is a security feature.

2) For hardware issues also provide your system information: RAM, processor, etc. in addition to your OS.
3) If you have more than one OS on your computer, how does your problem relate to your other OS(s)? This is especially important for hardware issues.

Re: Locked Up Flash Drive

The site/forum rules preclude assistance with bypassing password/security features on devices or software.
