Can't open "application/octet-stream"

I've searched the web trying to open this software with application/octet-stream. Everything says to optimize computer. I bought RegCure and ran it. I didn't help me.
Anyone have any ideas? I really want to open this!

Thank you, Pennie77

Re: Can't open "application/octet-stream"

What exactly are you trying to open? What file type? etc.

As seen here the issue is basically it is a file that requires the program that created it to open it:

Thanks jepharee, but it didn't help - sorry

I was given $500 free money to play at Vegas Casino. I got the download for the casino ok and downloaded it. But the download for the $500 came as application/octet-stream.

I read your suggested text and it was about attachments and taking them to your PC
to open them. It's already on my PC. I just can't open it.

Thanks, Pennie77
