Roxio doesnt work...

Hi!

Im using Roxio Basic Creator on my laptop. The thing is it only works when I am on line. If I try to use it ofline I guet this message about some kinda problem.

Preciate some help.

Perhaps you could provide us with the message error so that it is easier for us to find out what's causing it?

Hi!

Well, aparantly there seams to be some kind of incompatibility between Microsoft Office 2007 and Roxio Creator Basic v9. The problem ended as soon as I installed a previous version of Office 2007 (XP 2002 actually).

No problem! Thanks for keeping us informed. I had some problems with Roxio earlier as well. Decided to remove it totally lol.
