OE spelling check

Can't seem to change default language for OE spelling check; have done what the "help" suggests, but cannot change default language; I want english...

any suggestions appreciated.

What is the source of this spell checker? OE does not have one natively.

Is it from Office?

Also what was the source of the "Help" and what did you try?

What is the language now?

I have ms office 07 installed, but use oe for mail...the language it uses is french, with no options. I used the oe help section

addition to previous... outlook default language is english...

Outlook (not OE) is the source of that Spell Checker.

Have you checked the options from within Outlook?

Yes; as i said previously, outlook uses english as default language in spell checker, while oe has french as default.

also, under tools, options, spelling gives only french as option;
what should the option under fonts be?

Try installing this:

Spell Checker For OE 2.1 Freeware download page - tested and reviewed software downloads from SnapFiles
