Re: microsoft outlook

#2: Has he checked his Spam box? Sometimes mail is misread as spam. Do these mails show up in your Sent Items?

You might try the following although it is more for your own Hotmail accounts etc.

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

You might also compare your settings with your daughters to see if there are any apparent differences.

As to #1: You say sometimes it works and other times not? If so do you notice the file type? Do certain file types download and others not?

Maybe the following:

Re: microsoft outlook

Perhaps it is his settings.

You said your daughter used Outlook Web Access which might send differently form Outlook proper.

Again I am speculating as I have no experience here. Just trying to search issues with you.

Perhaps your husband needs to setup a program such as the following:

Re: microsoft outlook

Sorry I have no more ideas at the moment.

You could try to narrow down the problem program by testing other mail software.

For example have him setup a G-Mail account and see if you can send to that.

If you can then I'd guess the problem is his Hotmail account.
