okay so i recently got the film fast and the furious whenever i tried to open it in fact not to open just to select the file or even right clicks it says " windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" and then it closes my computer and of course followed by the real player or any other media player i use i tried the film at my friends computer and it worked fine and also another note i run other movies and songs normaly my friend's laptop used to have the same problem and he thought that it was something in the windows defender but that in vista i got xp
