Is this a"legal" copy of Adobe PhotoShop? If so you can go to the Adobe PhotoShop Tech Support page...Lots of info there...

If this isn't a legal copy we can't help you according to our TOS but considering how specialized that software is I also recommend adobe's tech support. In addition we cannot help you if you don't tell us whats going on.
