I've been trying all day to download free cad software on my toshiba laptop. I'm running Norton security and Vista.
It allows the download doublecad through install shield- asks for registration number- then user account control window appears which says unidentified program wants to access your computer- click on allow- it starts to download and then 'error 1311 source file not flound' appears.
Any tips/ thoughts?
