Looking for audio enhancment/restore software "( '('('O-.-O')')' )"

Hello DAL reps,

I have experimented with multiple audio enhancing software programs like DFX and Audio Sandbox etc. for my computer. I find them very useful for in home use.

But....I was wondering if there is a program out there that works kinda like Creative X-FI. Is there a program that can restore audio files to better quality. I know that I could just go buy X-FI but I like to know my options and its just another device I don't have a spare pocket for.
