half life 2, and counter strike source, crashes

well with the side off of it, the graphics cards running at at 82 after about an hour of gameplay, which amazingly didnt crash!!!! i dont think ill get a new system out of them, at best imma get an extra fan.. and so much for calling me back, 2 and a hour hours later, and not a dikkie bird

ok tekkie came out at 3pm and has only just left, he hame me a new motherboard, another new set of graphics cards, an extra fan and replased the psu, he still said i think its 2 hot, so he fiddled about, and ralised the cd drives no longer worked, reformatted windoes, reconected everything, still no cd drives, no work, no files, no drivers, nothing works. and he left.
i have a vegetable
he said the system should not have been in that case its 2 hot and if it was him hed want it replaced

so in about 10 days ill have a brand new system with a bigger screen (19")but other wise the identical spec, but this time in the "decimator" case, which has 4 fans to keep it cool, is silver and has a lcd display showing how fast everythings going and how hot it is.
there calling tomorrow to quote how much extra it will be, ( about £150 coz of the bigger moniter and about £75 for the decimator casing) and we will not be paying the xtra for the casing since its there fault!!!

Dont bank on that...I have learned the hard way that companies dont always look out for their customers.

well theyve agreed to send the new system coz its faulty its completly unusable now, because without a cd drive or floppy drive u cant load any drivers onto it, or any software so it cant be used, it starts up, and thats it, its got sod all there

there calling 2morrow to conferm the final price... so untill they its a bit risky, but once we have the go ahead 2morrow and they refund my dads acount and debit with the new pc, there kinda bound to send it.
