Help playing games online - msn games by zone.com

Does anyone know why the games on this site won't load? I have tried to get help from them, but the links they give me won't even come up. You click on a game to load, and it says loading, please be patient, but the games never load. I recently installed Service Pack 2 on my computer, and I wonder if that is the problem. I'm running Windows XP Professional and have Internet Explorer 6.

I'd appreciate anyone's help.

Hello sgilson & welcome to the D-A-L forums, when you want to play a game that requires an active X control with Windows XP SP2 installed you will need to allow it. When you click to play you should see a bar at the top of your screen like the one below.



You will need to allow the active X control to be installed by clicking Click here to install. After doing this you should be able to play the games. HTH

Thanks, but I got that info from msn and first, that doesn't come up where they say it will to install, but I found that program and installed it, restarted the computer and tried again, but the games still do not load.

Do you have any other ideas? I'm really getting frustrated, and all I ever get from their support is referred to the same help pages every time and I have already done ALL of those things they list there more than once, and it doesn't make any difference.

I'd appreciate it if you have any other ideas.

Can u please tell me where to download the active x to play the msn games. Thank you.

There is nothing to download, if a game requires an active x control to play you will see a yellow bar at the top of your browser window. If you want to play the game click the yellow bar and click install the active x control. More information is available Here
