Why isnt my maple story working? Its saying fail to find proper screen mode for gr2d

Hello could u help me out on Gr2D error could u tell me wat program i should dl when i have alrdy dled nivida and driect x i have done everything
but i have some trouble still i have reinstalled nivida and ms so wat should i do if i can't download dricet x but my freind sent me his download client and it stills dosent work and wat u mean when u say disable uttlites and virus protection could u explain plz thank you very much
