c:\hp\drivers\video

If not try Windows update.

start > All Programs > Windows Update.

Run both the Express and the Custom scanners.

Under either are drivers listed?

The issue is very basic. If your graphics card is capable of running the game then you need to update the drivers.

If the graphics card is not capable then you need a new card or computer.

And how do i do that?

Yes, I've been able to play it before, but someday my mother installed skype in my computer, so it never ran again. I've tried this scan before posting, i have all necessary items to play it and also all the recommended items. I've already uninstalled the skype but the problem is still there.

Well i don't understand, it says that I have all the necessary and recommendeds but it says my computer fail to run the item. I didn't get it.

After that skype setup, all programs, like warcraft 3: frozen throne and others. What should I do now? I've already tried to format too but it didn't work, it said that would need that I would need to open my computer and do something...

Anyway try removing and then reloading your graphics driver.

Do you know what your graphics device is?

I guess I know but just to don't make mistakes, how is it again?
