help!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem but my visual driver is ati rage iic I know I should download the last update but i cant also i have the last directx I dont know what to do I dont know a lot of computers either please help me

yeah i got same problems.....
but i got Standard VGA Graphics Adapter...
how do i fix it!!

i can't get maplestory to load because of gr2d to i tried everything i watched youtube and google nothing seems to work

Ok first of all all this stuff people have posted is rubbish first of all you go onto crontroll pannel and select design and select settings (i think) and make sure it's set on 32 bit and now click on advanced.
Now troubleshoot and moniter (i think) and make sure the slide bar is on full ok?
Now you should be ok and to be sure make sure you've downloaded directx 9

I'm having the same problem. I didn't get a new computer or anything it was working fine yesterday and today it says the failed to find gr2d
I checked the DirectX thing and ran the tests and they all came back positive.
Though on one of the notes it said
" 1)The system is using generic video driver. Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacturer
2) Direct draw test results: All tests were successful
3) Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer
"
I can tell I have to download something
but I don't know how and where to..

It says my system manufacturer is Shuttle Inc

I don't really know what that is.

Help? I really want my maplestory to work

That is what you need to do.

If it was working OK yesterday try a System Restore.

If that doesn't work you need to ID your graphics device and get a driver for it.
