.sdf Editor?

I was trying to mod a game that I have, and it uses .sdf files. I was wondering if anyone knew any free editors for .sdf files? I don't need one that uses a database or anything like that, just a simple program. Anything would appreciated.

The game is World in Conflict from Massive Entertainment. I noticed that link you sent me was only for Ground Control 2, but thanks. I'm still looking around to find one though.
