World Of Warcraft - System crash upon opening World of Warcraft

Hello all! im in much need of help finding out what is wrong with my PC. Heres the problem... Once i open World of warcraft my computer simply goes to blue screen. I went into my system and checked what had happened and this is what i got as a error code.

Error code 1000007f, parameter1 0000000d, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

This only happens when i open world of warcraft. I have been able to play my other Online games such as Starcraft and Counter-Strike 1.6 without any problems or restarts.
I have also sent my computer into many Shops for repair. But they simply have told me nothing is wrong with my computer and that everything is working fine. i have also updated all my drivers and reformated my whole computer several times with the same problem still happening. Please someone help....

Stil waiting for a reply if anyone has any ideas........ Also before my computer had started to shut itself off and send me the error code i had tryed installing a New Graphics card a Radeon 9800 which was going to replace my radeon 9550. Once i had installed the 9800 is when this whole problem occured. I have tryed man times to just install the old graphics card but now neither works. I have also reformated and tryed installing with no luck. I am thinking it could be my power supply can handle either graphics card now. Seeing how the power supply in the computer is only a 250W Max.

I would investigate the PSU as being the possible cause. Maybe also do a memtest of your ram. When I play WoW with minor add ons, it chews 450 MB of RAM.

PSU are fairly cheap now to replace, I've seen decent ones for around $40.00 CAD
