Fujitsu Siemens V2030D Laptop.

Hi i have achance of a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pro V2030D laptop with a 1.4ghz celeron processor and 40 gig hard drive with 192 meg of ram.
does anybody know if this laptop processor can be upgraded or not and to what max. and any review would be good ( I'm Thinking of buying this machine) £250.00
