I want to make a site where users can sign up and have an ecommerce adount on my database and enter forums. That's what I want to do now but I may want to add other things later...

All I know is, the echo tag and how to declare variables. So, yea I need help because I want to start this language. All I know right now is HTML and CSS. Is PHP able to creat a login system???

I want to start a quick php site. I find a web host witch allows php, upload a basic admin block then start working on it through that?

Other sites to look at - http://www.webmonkey.com and www.sitepoint.com

I would suggest setting up a test server with a hosting company so you can test it before it goes live.
