Re: Logic 3 TopDrive Wheel
Sorry, just found this thread, we have the steering wheel too, but it has the same "problem" as you say, so i don't think it is actually a problem. For a start, i wouldn't recommend buying these things off car-boot sales, you are setting yourself up for a dissapointment and you cannot be sure they are all equipt propperly. Secondly, i'm pretty sure the sensiivity is supposed to be high, as it gives a realistic overview of what racing car steerin' is like.
Pretty crap? Maybe. Ours has only been used a few times as it takes up too much space with the foot pedals etc. In the box now, but i have found no instruction manual for how to change the sensitivity settings. Then again it may just be the fact that it's for an old game. PS1's aren't the most reliable gaming consoles

Re: Logic 3 TopDrive Wheel
Well, I only paid £2 for it, so its so that much of a loss :P
Apparently, it is adjustable, with 3 settings, but I can't find out how :/
I emailed logic 3, and they said they dont have a manual available.
And btw, When i said too high, I mean you move it ever so slightly left, and you're on full lock :/ Surely racin car steeing isnt like that?? :/
It's only £2, so im not fussed, since i have got so much from carboot sales for cheap

Re: Logic 3 TopDrive Wheel
Well, in i'm just glad you didn't pay too much for it
If it's still concerning you that you didn't get everything you paid for, when you bought it, i'd advise you to ring the company and talk to someone at the desk. They're a lot smarter than we give them credit for! They may be able to send you a manual through the post if you ask, or send them a letter and ask for the same thing.

Re: Logic 3 TopDrive Wheel
Haven't used the computer for about a week, but i'm back now Doesn't sound like you're having much luck with the games recently. Hopefully your next will be better... you seem to be able to afford it at the mo so go for it.
Oh, and i like the new avatar, very original

Re: Logic 3 TopDrive Wheel
I could have afforded it (cos it was my bday a few weesk ago), but I went and spend my money on some Mordaunt Short speakers for some reason (will probs use em with pc or sommin :P) - now i will just have to save :P
my games arent very good at the mo; recent mobo chamge and it has a crap graphics card onbaord - ATi Radeon X1200, it wont even run anything properly It must have a frame rate of something like 5 f/sec
I will probs save and get a nvidia geforce 8400GS .
I thought everyone else had an avitar, and I didnt, so..

Re: Logic 3 TopDrive Wheel
You could have always saved that money instead of spending it. Now it will take you twice as long to save, because wii are still quite expensive if you are still planning on buying one.
You should complain because adverts make the games look so good and well spent, yet the reality being that they're crap when you buy them I'm sure you could put any extra money towards something else, other than the computer later on... it's getting spoilt
