TROJAN HORSE can't get rid!!! please help!!

I have a major problem with my computer.
I have AVP and it finds the virus but it won't get rid!
I don't know what i'm doing when it comes to he registry but i know that something is up.

I have found the file in system32 in windows.

It is:
Trojan horse PSW.Banker.3 BT

It's in:
LSD_f3.DLL

It won't delete as it is apparently being used by a person or program!
I am presently using Firefox but i am sure it is only IE and Realplayer that are affected.

The virus is reporting my bank details to the author.

Please can anyone help.
I have hijack this if you think it will help.

if you know where it is on the computer, reboot in safemode, and delete it through there. if thats not of any help. reply here, and ill see about finding a bit of software to remove it.

I have tried deleting it in safe mode, nothing seems to stop this thing. It is still being used by person or program.
It is found in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LSD_F3.DLL

have a look through task manager, if its active in the process list in task manager try clicking end task/process, then try yet again try deleting

Go to Start> Run and type: regsvr32 /u LSD_F3.DLL
Click Ok.
Then boot into Safe Mode and delete the file.

I'm sorry guys none of this is working.
It is AVG i have not AVP.
Has anyone any further suggestions?
Does anyone know how to stop all processes that are not needed.
I have recently downloaded the security task manager, the trojan shuts it when i try to quarantine the process. It comes up as a different filename:
vtd_16.exe
I have googled this and i think it may be a second trojan!
Oh god this is really not going well!
