Question Add/Remove Programs - Suspicious Entries

I have the following entries listed in my Add/Remove Programs listing:

BMSE dbl
Home Search Assistant
IE Help
IE System
SE Assistant
SE Help
Search Extender
Search Function
Shopping Wizard
Sidebar Search

When I try to remove, I get a message that says, 'unable to load application settings."

I'm sure these are bad news, so any help you can offer in getting rid of them would be much appreciated. Let me know if I should post a Hijack this log.

Thanks!
Jennifer

Re: Add/Remove Programs - Suspicious Entries

Unfortunately, they are bad news. Update your version of Hijack This from http://hjt.isecureit.co.uk and post a fresh log.
