Trojan virus please help

Please find attached a screenshot of a virus warning . how do i remove this from my computer? let me know.I am using AVG 7.0.296.

Hi,

Download and run this "uninstaller":
http://lop.com/help.html#uninstall

If SpyBot or another safety program don't let you to download it ( security message), do this:
-internet explorer->tools->internet options->security->restricted sites
-remove "Lop.com" from the restricted sites
-download the file
-put back "Lop.com" in the restricted sites
-run the file.

Reboot.

Post a new log, please.

The Trojan that your antivirus program is detecting has been saved in a System Restore Point created by your computer. Your antivirus program is unable to access System Restore, so we need to flush the contents of System Restore. To do this, please follow the instructions relevant to your Operating System in this article.

After you have Disabled System Restore, you need to Reboot and then Reenable System Restore so that your system is safe from errors and will be able to be restored to a previous state.
