attacked !!!

hey gang,
dunno why i did it...but am still repenting from the time when i decided to d'load some warez online. Ad-aware detected around 502 spy-cum-adware na dthe newly released MS antispyware tool picked up another 27. Now though the system looks free from these, i am having problems with my end-process dialog box. the window that appears when press "alt-ctrl-del" to end a process has its top cut !!! ...i mean that the tabs that usually display "application", "processes", "performance", "networking" and "users" in Xp are all gone... so though i can end an application, there's no way i can end a process.
also , ever since i encountered this attack, the battery backup of my laptop has decreased to about 1 hr 15 min from around 2 hrs that it used to give initially. Is it correlated ????

what do i do now ? kindly help.

Possibly draining your PCs resources, putting a futher load on the CPU, therefore causing problems with battery.

Could you please follow the bullet pointed steps to posting a Hijack This log in my signature below.
