Exclamation Computer not working -- please help

Hi, I recently was trying to install a printer with instructions recommending turning off antivirus software to install. I stupidly did just that, and now am getting errors trying to access internet, outlook express, etc.. have updated and completed virus scan using bitdefender, and spyware scan using spysweeper.. This has not solved it. - help!! unsure what to do, so am posting a highjack log here. any help is greatly appreciated! - Thanks.
