I sincerely apologise if you don't receive a response as quickly as you should do. The forum is getting busier and busier and our free time is limited. Please remain patient and you will be helped.
Please don't waste our time by:
- Hijacking other members threads
- Starting multiple threads
- Posting again and again in your thread trying to attract our attention.
Also please respect that we are giving our free time. We at least expect that if we give you help and remove an infection that you protect your PC against future nasties. If you return again with yet another infection and you obviously haven't made any effort to protect your PC (what we mention is always free), it is very infuriating for us when we gave up our free time to help you. We are all human of course and error can't be helped (and of course we don't mind helping or else we wouldn't be here), but lazyness is not an excuse. We are always here if you need to ask something about the software we recommend.
