I have been plagued by About:Blank. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, whatever I do it just comes back! Here is a HijackThis Log File:

Before we go any further, you are on Windows 2000 and since Windows 2000 has been released, there have been 4 service packs made available. You don't have any of these installed, so this leaves a big gap in Security.

Could you go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download all Critical Updates and Service Packs.

Then post a fresh log after all that is done.

For some reason when I am installing the updates it stopes at the end and says I am missing a file and I have no clue what this file is.

Download the attached RepairIE4XP.zip. Unzip it and double click the file inside. Confirm the merge with the registry.

Reboot and post a fresh log.
